Created for the Crook family in Windermere, this bespoke garden room was designed as both a retreat and a practical extension of their home. With teenage sons in mind, the space offers flexibility — a place to relax with friends, study in peace, or enjoy time away from the main house while still being close to family life.

Finished in dramatic jet black larch cladding, the exterior is elevated with integrated lighting and a sleek extended canopy that makes it as striking by night as it is by day. Inside, the build is fully insulated and crafted with sustainably sourced timber, ensuring year-round comfort and longevity.

The result is a modern, multi-purpose space that enhances family living while giving the next generation their own sanctuary.
