Yes — our builds are fully insulated (A+ rated) and designed for year-round use, making them comfortable in every season.
Generally, a garden office can be built without permission if it's single-story, the eaves height (where the wall meets the roof) is no more than 2.5m, and the overall height (including the roof) is no more than 4m with a dual-pitched roof, or 3m for other designs. If the garden room is within 2 meters of a boundary, the maximum height is 2.5m. Additionally, the garden room cannot cover more than 50% of your garden area, and it cannot be used for living or sleeping accommodation.
